Eyes of Compassion Sangha sponsored a Day of Mindfulness on Earth Day, April 22, with dharma teacher Viviane Ephraimson-Abt. Held at the Church of the Transfiguration in Evergreen, the theme for the day was “Love Yourself, Love the Earth.” Once registration opened, the event quickly filled up to the maximum of 45 attendees the space could hold. A deep bow of appreciation to Sandy Cowden for organizing the event, along with many volunteers who helped make it happen, and to Craig Cowden for taking these photos.
